Permits for wedding, elopement or commercial photography in Maui:

If you are planning to hire a photographer for your wedding, elopement, couples or other occasion in Maui, you’ll need to obtain the proper permits for photography. When a wedding planner is not available or not needed to your occasion, Lesley Castle Photo will obtain the necessary photography permits for you as part of our service. Permits are obtained from either or both Maui County and Hawaii State at either WikiPermits and/or the Hawaii Film Office.
